About Fernando
Born in Tamaulipas, Mexico, at the young age of 9, Fernando's parents moved his family to Texas. Fernando was raised in Austin, he attended Lyndon Baines Johnson High School and graduated from Champions School Of Real Estate® .
Fernando worked in the restaurant business managing more than 20 employees at a time, while in the business he learn to work with peoples different obsticles and necessaties. Prior to being a Realtor®, Fernando worked with a new home construction development called Sendero Hills in the sales department, as well as in the department of loan process gathering all documents necessary for making the loans.
Fernando has been committed to helping his community by educating them and guiding them through the process of purchasing their first home and making "The American Dream" come to reality. He's had a passion for Real Estate ever since his family bought their first home, he remembers seeing the joy in his parents faces when they became home owners for the first time.

J. Rene Ward
J. René Ward is a REALTOR licensed in the state of Texas and is the proud Broker/Owner of the Best Agents In Texas real estate firm.
Ms. Ward has been a marketing executive for several years (Vice President of Marketing at TManage; Director of Marketing at Dell Computer Corporation, Senior Director of Marketing at Toshiba America and various marketing positions at IBM). She now brings that same marketing professionalism to real estate.
René received her bachelor degrees in Education and Graphic Design from The Philadelphia College of the Arts and M.B.A. in Marketing, with a minor in Human Resources, from Nova University. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the Vice President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. A member of The National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Austin Association of Real Estate Brokers.
In her first year, René was granted the "Rookie of the Year" award by the Williamson County Board of Realtors. In 2003 she obtained the following designations: ABR, GRI and CRS. In May of 2004, Rene received her broker's license and ventured out to begin J. Rene, Realtors and develop the Best Agents In Texas Team. 2004 ended with J. Rene being awarded the "Realtor of the Year" by the Williamson County Association or Realtors. At the beginning of 2005 J. Rene received her ePRO designation and became a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. With her dynamic sense of business, marketing and real estate she is convinced that she and her team will provide each client with an experience worthy of referrals. In December 2005, Rene was elected to the Board of Directors of the Williamson County Board of Realtors for a one-year term.
